Killasser Community Nature Mosaic

During the summer of 2024 I have been working on a very special local project in Killasser to celebrate the birds and animals we see around us.

Working with Killasser National School and Carramore National School, I held mosaic workshops with the 9 to 11 year old school pupils, who made all different leaves for the mosaic.

I then worked on the animals and birds in the studio, finally assembling a large wall piece, recently mounted on the wall in Rubble, my home place.
